1. Service Scope and Nature of Outputs

DINPanel is a software tool that supports electrical planning workflows and documentation processes.

Any validation, calculation, recommendation, warning, or generated output is provided for informational purposes only and must be treated as a suggestion.

• DINPanel does not provide engineering approval, code certification, or legal compliance sign-off.
• DINPanel does not guarantee that circuits, designs, calculations, or documents are correct, complete, safe, compliant, or suitable for a specific use case.
• You must independently verify all outputs before procurement, construction, commissioning, filing, or client delivery.

2. Professional Responsibility and Compliance

All responsibility for design accuracy, technical decisions, site execution, safety, regulatory compliance, and final deliverables remains solely with you and/or the executing contractor.

DINPanel does not currently represent or warrant compliance with any electrical code, safety standard, or technical norm.

• You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and industry requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring work is performed by appropriately licensed and qualified professionals.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DINPanel disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DINPanel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, electrical incidents, property damage, design errors, downtime, data loss, procurement mistakes, project delays, denied permits, or loss of revenue/profit.

• Where liability cannot be disclaimed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DINPanel from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your use of the Service, your project outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

6. Fair Usage Policy

You must use DINPanel responsibly and within reasonable technical and operational limits.

• No abusive automated traffic, scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass quotas or security controls.
• No intentional overloading, denial-of-service behavior, or activities that degrade service quality for others.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or reckless use of generated outputs.

7. Data, Security, and Availability

You are responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of submitted data, and for maintaining your own backups and review procedures.

DINPanel may conduct maintenance, updates, and security controls that may temporarily impact availability.

• DINPanel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero defects, or indefinite storage retention.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, branding, and related materials are owned by DINPanel and its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

DINPanel may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

DINPanel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

13. Referral Program

DINPanel may offer a referral program under an active campaign configuration shown in the Service. Campaign parameters can include referral window, percentage rates, bonus caps, and eligibility constraints.

Referral bonus events are created based on actual paid amounts from qualifying transactions and are credited first as pending before unlock.

• Each user may have one referral link/code. Self-referral is not allowed.
• A referred account can be linked only once; first valid referral assignment wins.
• Referral bonuses unlock after a defined pending period (currently 15 days from source payment) and may be canceled or revoked if source-payment conditions are not met.
• If a source payment is refunded or charged back (including partial refund/chargeback), related referral bonuses may be canceled or revoked.
• Revocation applies only to unspent referral bonus remainder and does not create negative wallet debt.
• Bonus percentages and caps are governed by the active campaign and may change for future referrals or future qualifying payments.
• Referral bonuses are promotional wallet credits for Service use and are not guaranteed cash payouts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• DINPanel may change, suspend, or terminate the referral program (in whole or in part) at any time, including without cause, subject to mandatory applicable law.
• DINPanel may also suspend, limit, or terminate participation of a specific user in cases of abuse, fraud risk, policy breach, or legal/regulatory requirements.
