The more of the installation you describe, the more of the quote fills in by itself. Plan and switchboard data become quote rows.

Questions about quotes

Why is a quote in DINPanel faster?

The material list comes from the project, and prices you marked as default fill in by themselves. You check the rows, add labour and download the PDF.

Can I prepare a quote without designing the switchboard?

Yes. A quote can consist of your own items only. Without a switchboard, the PDF contains the quote and the available project statistics.

How does DINPanel handle VAT?

Prices are stored net. You choose the VAT rate or an exemption for the account, and each project can change it. VAT is calculated once from the net total, and an exemption can print its legal note on the quote.

Will the quote show my company?

Yes. The quote can carry your letterhead, logo, company stamp and a custom footer, and it has a sign-off block for the client.

Can I issue the invoice from DINPanel?

Yes, after you connect your invoicing service. Polish accounts can use Fakturownia, inFakt or Comarch Betterfly, and Czech accounts BitFaktura or Fakturoid.
